The day after graduation, Manav joined the family business. At the time, he knew little about diamonds, the jewelry industry, or what it meant to run a business. Everything that followed was learned through mistakes, guidance from loved ones, and a willingness to keep showing up and figuring it out.
As close friends began getting engaged, they naturally turned to him for help creating rings that felt deeply personal rather than off-the-shelf. It validated our belief that the process should be rooted in collaboration, thoughtful design, and meaningful storytelling.
Those moments became the foundation for Víya.
